At Mid-Peninsula Animal Hospital, we value the relationship we share with every client and each appointment is very important to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled. We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations.
By contacting us 24 hours in advance, we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list who would love to come in and see us, or with urgent care appointment requests.
If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be charged $90.00 for the first occurrence, $110.00 for a second occurrence within a year, and a third occurrence within a year will result in a $110.00 fee plus"drop-off only" appointment status.

Late Policy
At Mid-Peninsula Animal Hospital, we value the relationship we share with every client and each appointment is very important to us.
If you are 15 minutes late or more, you are considered a no-show. We may not be able to accommodate your pet, and we may ask you to reschedule your appointment so it will not adversely affect our punctual clients.
If you are 15 minutes late or more, you will be charged $90.00 for the first occurrence, $110.00 for a second occurrence within a year, and a third occurrence within a year will result in a $110.00 fee plus"drop-off only" appointment status.
